The total amount of KSTAR issued is 1,000,000,000,000 KSTAR.

Share ratio = holding KSTAR / 1,000,000,000 * 100

Shares in KSTAR, which are accumulated due to exchange and platform fees, are not recognized. It is recognized only when the object of possession is clear and can be exchanged for stocks at any time by individuals, organizations, companies, etc.

The shares not recognized above belong to BeaStar CEO. However, the corresponding dividend/reward will be distributed to stock/KSTAR token holders except for BeaStar CEO. This is to secure the voting rights of BeaStar CEO.

※ If legal equity recognition is required before the relevant law is enacted, KSTAR tokens need to be exchanged for stocks.
