KSTAR

KSTAR tokens are used to secure shares on the BeaStar platform. BeaStar acknowledges that the stake in the platform is equivalent to that of Beastar Inc.

KSTAR tokens can be exchanged for stocks of Beastar Inc. You can apply for a bilateral stock-token exchange every January/April/July/October 1st.

※ Legal effect takes effect from the date of completion of administrative processing, not the date of application.

KSTAR tokens, like securities tokens, do not have legal rights in themselves.

Just airdrop the stock to the holder, and the corresponding token is recovered and burned.

KSTAR tokens can be compensated for their equity ratio without having to exchange them for stocks. Shareholders receive dividends and token holders receive rewards. This is to overcome the shortcomings of the reality that it is difficult to recover when investing in unlisted startups. Token holders can always exit by selling tokens. However, there is a difference that stockholders can be legally protected, but token holders (as of now) are not.

Fees may vary depending on the tax rate (Securities Transaction Tax, Transfer Income Tax), Klaytn TX Fee, Gas Price as of the date of application for exchange.

KSTARD

KSTARD tokens are used to distribute clay star rewards.

KSTARD tokens will be minted and burned by 1,000,000,000 each business year.

KSTARD tokens have suffixes for each business year.

e.g. KSTARD22(2022), KSTARD23(2023), ...

In the future, when the initial dividend/reward is retroactively distributed, the past token has a higher compensation weight.

Assuming that the total dividend/reward amount in 2025 is 1,000 won, the distribution is as follows.

KSTARD22 Weight 5 ⇒ 500 KRW per 1 KSTARD22

KSTARD23 Weight 3 ⇒ 300 KRW per 1 KSTARD23

KSTARD24 Weight 2 ⇒ 200 KRW per 1 KSTARD24

This is to give more compensation to early holders and uncertainty about the initial dividend availability date.

The reward distribution method is as follows.

① Deposit KSTARD through BeaStar Wallet

② USDT deposit corresponding to the reward in the deposit wallet.

③ The deposited KSTARD be burned.
